Since the keg farming nerf, I've been looking for a replacement 'sin build. The following A/Me build has been working well enough:

The original build used "I Am Unstoppable" but I like "Great Dwarf Armor" better.
(12 + 3 + 1) shadow arts, 12 inspiration magic, 3 deadly arts.
I have all energy runes (Radiants and Attunements)
I use a Totem axe for the 20% enchant required for the build to work. The Totem axe also gives an energy boost.
I use a Vokur's Chakram offhand, for a +12 energy boost. I also get 10% HSR and 10% HCT, but I don't think those are necessary for the build.
Tips:
Cast #1-2 as a unit. Don't let #2 fall during an encounter, ever.
Avoid small groups of vaettir; agro as many as you can. I try for two groups per run.
Cast #6 often.
If you see #3 in effect (8 >>>>>>>>), check that #5 is still up.
Try not to get surrounded by the vaettir. It's hard to agro if you can't move.
#7 and #8 do the dirty work. Use them as often as you can, but reserve energy for recasting #1-2
